Double feature day!
Such a fucked up movie in the best ways. Kinda like an American Psycho without the social commentary. While this plays like a dark comedy (it is), I couldn’t help but think how real this is for actual serial killers driven by psychological problems stemming from their childhood.
Sure, the material is presented in a haha isn’t that funny with the talking animals and whatnot but this could also be biographical for a dozen known murderous psychopaths.
Reynolds is pretty good. Arterton and Kendrick also quite fun. Great to see Jacki Weaver as well.
