Movie #5 on Day One!
Super fun flick ideal for the midnight slot. Also very relatable for me given the subject matter and music. Has a few really great scenes. Enjoyed having the girl next me jump out of her seat a few times and cover her eyes during the gory scenes. Excellent movie to see with a packed audience (it was sold out, which is great for a midnight flick at SFF).
Will be a fun one to revisit and ideal for future movie nights. Would make a great double feature with Gregg Bishop’s DANCE OF THE DEAD. Maybe a triple feature with THE GATE. Kinda hilarious that Trivium gets so much on-screen time between the posters and records yet doesn’t have one song on the soundtrack. Makes me wonder if they are even aware.
