Viewing Notes

This movie is part of TCM’s October horror programming that includes several the Universal Monsters and related films such as this one. Fortunately all these are available for a limited time on the TCM Xfinity OnDemand channel. I adore this movie. It’s my favorite Lugosi/Karloff combo as those two are rivals here emulating their real life rivalry. Maybe the only weird thing about this movie is the ongoing constant melodramatic score. I believe that music plays during the entire runtime of the film.
