Overview
FBI agent Max Reed witnesses Dr. Tetsu Segawa - a researcher for the mysterious Chronos Corporation - being murdered. Dr. Segawa had stolen an alien device known as “The Guyver” from Chronos. College student Sean Barker, whose girlfriend’s father was Dr. Segawa, finds the Guyver’s hiding spot while watching the forensic team investigating the crime scene.

Viewing Notes
Considered buying this in the last Arrow sale but wanted to watch it first. Even as a Brian Yuzna joint this is some damn goofy shit. Just based on the FX I would’ve guess he was involved (not to mention the actors present). Practical FX are very nice but some of the slapstick and jokey stuff is corny. This makes me want to watch the anime versions.
This would be a good film for B-Fest.
