Picked this up at the library today! Another Robert Ryan flick (following Act of Violence the other day).

Damn this is a good one. Love the casting here and to see POC representation (even if it’s partly a plot point). Nice to see Shelley Winters again. Gloria Grahame seems like a staple in these films. Here she’s great in a small supporting role coming on to Robert Ryan’s racist dirtbag character. Belafonte is terrific.
