Viewing Notes

My early morning viewing (White Slaves channel) that seemed very familiar until I figured out that I own this in a dvd set I got several years ago and watched this movie then (pre-logging days). Didn’t recall a lot of it and was already halfway into the movie so I just continued… plus my set is boxed up now anyways.

Recognized Pedro Fernandez immediately from TRAMPA INFERNAL, which is also in the dvd set and made me sad knowing I could’ve viewed that movie 10 years sooner than the FF screening. Anyways this is a fun evil doll / witch’s curse film that is ripe for restoration and would be ideal for VinSyn or Severin.

I also like Gabriela Hassel as the niece who tags along. Granted this was made in the late eighties but she totally nails that look. Knew so many girls who looked just like her (fashion / style). Interesting to see a middle class or upper middle class family depicted in this story.
