Stuck around at Marcus Addison Cinema to catch this one which had a slightly better score than SAS: Red Notice, which I also contemplated. On one hand I can appreciate that the filmmakers went in a different direction rather than wholesale remaking the original WRONG TURN, which I do quite like. On the other hand the story they went with takes a helluva suspension of belief to buy into this premise. And as soon as this premise unfolds I was checking out. Just couldn’t accept any of this not even for a minute as remotely plausible.
All that said, I did show up for Charlotte Vega, whom I loved in THE LODGERS, and she’s terrific even if I couldn’t buy into the circumstances happening around her. Shame bc she deserves better.

Hahaha yes, not very plausible on any level! And yes, still better than SAS: Red Notice!
