Viewing Notes

Programmed for DKUTV Christmas Week. Been a few years and last viewed on my laptop so decided to tune in. Like it a little more on this viewing (watching on my TV made a difference) but my previous notes still stand.

Amusing to watch this now and fully understanding the virus pandemic allegory. Or you could apply it to the AIDS situation from the eighties, which is even more in the nose. Definitely adds another layer to the experience. Even tho this is not a great movie the entire segment with Nakadai in NYC is worth the watch. The ending is so deeply tragic and not that far removed from reality.
