Overview
The corruption in the Sung Dynasty of 11th century China is so rampant that it inspires a band of Oriental Robin Hoods - the Honorable 108. Mountain bandits who nevertheless live by a scrupulous code of conduct, the Honorable 108 pledge to end the repression of the brutal overlords.

Viewing Notes
A very good daytime viewing as most of this movie is set during the day so the sunlight bleeding through isn’t distracting. I like this movie but it also feels like trying to cram too much into this runtime and needs more time breathe and tell this story. Perhaps as two films. I’d still like to read the book then revisit again.
Also the use of seventies psychedelia rock music for the score will never not be weird to me. It’s definitely a choice.
