Overview
Celebrated sleuth Hercule Poirot, now retired and living in self-imposed exile in Venice, reluctantly attends a Halloween séance at a decaying, haunted palazzo. When one of the guests is murdered, the detective is thrust into a sinister world of shadows and secrets.

Viewing Notes
Sumptuous spooky set design and terrific photography that I want to just keep going for the rest of October. Perfect visuals and imagery. Haunted or not I want to live in that house.
The story is fine albeit predictable (there’s an early moment where I was like oh that’s probably the killer then a follow up scene that confirms it). The intro children’s story feels out of place (should’ve done that in Italian) but everything else is quite delightful.
