Overview
Hirayama is content with his life as a toilet cleaner in Tokyo. Outside of his structured routine, he cherishes music on cassette tapes, books, and taking photos of trees. Through unexpected encounters, he reflects on finding beauty in the world.

Wasn’t expecting that.
(Was) Seated for another Oscar nominated film with the wine and cheese crowd! Woohoo!
(Koji Yakusho* is one of my favorite actors so I would’ve seen this regardless but I’m happy he’s in an acclaimed film)
*I want to do a Koji Yakusho project but fear so many of his films are unavailable by the usual means, including ones I’ve seen before. That really sucks
