Viewing Notes

Fascinating and unique. Love that this rolled out to thousands of cinemas despite most not getting it or liking it (we had one v abrupt walkout about 15min into the movie). Weird and unlike anything I’ve seen, which is saying a lot. Ofc there’s films that might have a similar vibe but this is certainly a singular vision. I wouldn’t classify this as horror but not gonna fight anyone over it.

Really want a Void High School shirt. Amusing to see the same typeface used in the opening credits of the Pink Opaque show as seen in the Buffy credits. Nice touch. ::Rick Dalton pointing at the screen:: meme when I saw Phoebe Bridgers 😍

Wonder if there’s a way to update to correct names from TMDb since the display name for Jane Schoenbrun is their dead name.

UPDATE: the director’s name has been updated!
