Viewing Notes

I have not seen this one! Eighth feature of the marathon
Featuring Sammo Hung’s wife Joyce Godenzi, a badass in her own right. Plus faves Yuen Biao and babyface Collin Chou in a good guy role. Always great to see Billy Chow and Richard Ng. This movie rips. Some label(s) have to working on this title for release.

Only partially agree with Justin in that most of the top shelf HK action have recent quality releases. There’s still a bunch of titles I’m waiting for like the majority of Moon Lee’s oeuvre among several other films of importance. That Russian assassin flick, Dragon from Russia, still hasn’t been released and it’s a nobrainer for the mind melter. Maybe he already screened it at a previous marathon?

I know there’s really nothing that can be done but it drives me nuts when Sammo or whoever gets a credit for the briefest of cameos.
