Took a good bit (first hour) before I warmed up to what was going on. One of those movies that shows as it goes so it’s a little confusing as it sets up the events in the final act. By the end I was like, “ok yeah cool” even tho it is a tad goofy in that South Korean organized crime kind of way. But it’s not a “crime” movie yet everyone is a criminal and killing each other. LOL
The TMDb description doesn’t really give the real premise of this movie which put me off from viewing it (I’ve had it for a couple months). But I was in the mood for something different and it won me over by the end.
Saw that it was added to Peacock and Tubi. If it’s on BD I may pick it up used for a good price. I d/l from dailymotion and looked fine with decent fansubs which added a message to watch to the end bc there is a mid-credits scene. hahaha
bonus: learned a new term “kopino” aka Korean-Filipino

Sheesh reading that description again and wow that’s like only the first 15 minutes of the movie. So. Much. Happens. After. That.
