Overview

Naoko Tanaka is a 26-year-old office lady (OL). Her job is typical, but her workplace has fierce fights among different cliques. Other OLs are absorbed in the daily clique fighting. One day, due to an OL at the company, Naoko Tanaka’s company is targeted by OL from all over Japan.

Extremely My Shit

When this was on the festival circuit I had it bookmarked and watchlisted. Nothing ever came of it (no physical release here). RoR tweeted a clip today and I found it on DailyMotion w/decent subs. Was so happy I couldn’t wait to spin it up. It’s even better than I expected. So gd funny, too.

My only criticisms are the last act wasn’t really needed but amusing all the same. And I wish the actors (love Alice Hirose) were given more training time for realistic fighting moves. But these don’t distract from the entertainment value. Now if I can find this on BD with subs!! Would be a fun movie night selection.
