10th feature of FF2012, 2nd film of Day 3. Had high expectations going based on the buzz yet knew zero going into it. Odd experience as it was nothing like I could have imagined. And quite a delightful surprise. I love watching films about the making of films esp. when a creative approach is taken. This is one of them with the additional mystery as a bonus. One I look forward to revisiting. Toby Jones is excellent. Overall the tone really works to convey a pseudo-giallo look and feel.
