Overview
Aragorn is revealed as the heir to the ancient kings as he, Gandalf and the other members of the broken fellowship struggle to save Gondor from Sauron’s forces. Meanwhile, Frodo and Sam take the ring closer to the heart of Mordor, the dark lord’s realm.

Viewing Notes
Another of the cruise flicks I managed to catch piecemeal over the course of the day it was on repeat on television. Still an amazing film although I’m starting to spot some of the rushed effects work I didn’t catch on repeated viewings years ago. I may have annoyed the others watching this when Samwise picks up Frodo near the end by chanting “Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!”
