Viewing Notes

So glad I watched this with my kids. Probably the perfect movie for me to be able to point to and say “that was largely my high school years”. Really well written, great characters and great acting.

I like that this is a period film without being so overt about it. It just happens to be telling this story during that time period. Ezra Miller needs to be in more films. Also dig Savini’s small role.

Loved seeing Savini in this! And yes Ezra Miller was excellent. It was a little while into the movie before I realized it was set in the ‘80s.
