Overview
Ten years after a severe economic collapse in the western world, lawlessness reigns and life is cheap. Eric is a lone drifter, and his car is his only possession. When a gang steals it, Eric comes across the injured Rey, left behind by the car thieves. The pair form an unlikely and uneasy alliance.

Viewing Notes
My wife not having seen this gave me a good excuse to revisit one of my honorable mention films from 2014. I’d love to see this on a big screen again, watching on TV without surround sound just doesn’t do it justice.
I better understood the characters this time around though.
