Overview
400 years into the future, disease has wiped out the majority of the world’s population, except one walled city, Bregna, ruled by a congress of scientists. Viewing Notes
I’ve been wanting to revisit this for a while, mainly to see if my opinion changed much. It’s not as bad as I remember, but the action scenes are pretty stilted and poorly edited. I did enjoy the story more even though it still felt fairly one-dimensional. I really need to watch the complete animated series since I never got to finish that when it aired.
