Hard to believe I’d never seen this but there you go. Great, classic film noir where you feel bad for the protagonists, even though they’re criminals, and you know its not going to end well because of code. Sterling Hayden is great as usual.

Sounds a lot like me when I’ve done the same. What’s more astonishing is how great your notes are from your previous viewing. Haha
It would pair well with The Killing for a solid double feature!
