Overview

Strong-man Eugene Sandow flexes his muscles and strikes a few poses in front of a black background. This was a short film shot by William K.L. Dickson for the American Mutoscope Company and is not the 1894 Edison film shot at the Black Maria.

Viewing Notes

Seems weird to count, classify or even rate this. Just a quick little short of the strong man Sandow flexing and posing in the Edison studios as a film test. Typically shown with other similarly short tests as part of a reel.

This reminds me… anyway to make the year show prior to the 1900s? I’ve got a few that look like this “0000”

Yeah, definitely on my list to fix! One of those rookie mistakes when I first started building Movielogr.
