Viewing Notes

This movie is insane, in all the right ways! The plot is ridiculous, the action is insane and the horror elements are over-the-top, gory and nuts! This movie really deserves a meticulously restored, color graded, loaded with extras Blu-ray release.

The opening action scenes focused on a hostage rescue are crazy and fun and set the tone for what’s to come, but it in no way prepares you for when things take a turn towards the supernatural and get really weird and gory.

Even though Chow Yun Fat is billed as the star on Amazon, the lead actors are actually Siu-Ho Chin and Maggie Cheung.
