Viewing Notes

I had to source this from a DVD that has four different horror movies on it. No Blu-ray available.

This is from the director of MARTYRS and vastly different from that polarizing film in that it’s more of a throwback to traditional gothic horrors. It reminded me a bit of THE OTHERS in tone and pacing, though not related at all in plot.

I had previously seen all of Laugier’s films except for this and “L’image Fantôme - Sur le tournage de Ghostland” (translated to The Ghost Image - On the Set of Ghostland) which seems to be a documentary about the making of INCIDENT IN A GHOSTLAND.

Thought I might own this one since I have a lot of those type of movie collections but don’t have it listed. So keep this one out bc I’d like to borrow and watch this.
