Surprisingly dull given the material but I enjoyed the action beats and creature designs quite a bit. Wish it remained true to the period rather than using profanity, which wasn’t necessary. Seems clear there was a longer movie in there but trimmed down. I’m mixed but overall I think it’s fine for a January release. Just seems like so much went into the making some cool witches but we don’t get to see much of them.
