Viewing Notes

Second film in the TKU-TV monster double feature on this day (whole week was monster-themed to celebrate the new Mummy movie, I guess?). Cool crime flick with these invisible agents caught in the middle between the yakuza and reporters chasing the story. The front is a sweet night club so we’re treated with some excellent performances there. The Tsuburaya SFX are terrific. Wish these TKU-TV films were true VOD rather than a live broadcast.

It was pretty neat to see these. I really didn’t know anything about them and only heard about the viewing literally minutes before both films started.
