Viewing Notes

Another one from the Mill Creek set…. directed by Tom DeSimone no less and a Crown International release. Also supposedly filmed in Peru.

This is such a bizarre movie. it’s like 1/3 horror thriller, 1/3 adventure, 1/3 docudrama. Only the first 1/3 is good (that’s the horrific plane crash that kicks of the movie and the segment directed by DeSimone). The rest is rather dull with this lost child survivor and the Amazon natives and whatnot. Crazy thing is that it could be super compelling; kid survives terrible crash in the heart of the Amazon then abducted by a tribe who thinks he’s a savior while others think he’s a fraud.

Yeah between mine and the 30 other libraries it’s not bad! Funny thing is that I’m usually complaining about what they don’t have! Heh
