Overview
When scientists exploring the Amazon River stumble on a “missing link” connecting humans and fish, they plan to capture it for later study. But the Creature has plans of his own, and has set his sights on the lead scientist’s beautiful fiancée, Kay.

Viewing Notes
Threw on my dvd from the Legacy Collection to check the aspect ratio which is in fact 1:33 as I knew given that I’ve seen this numerous times including twice on the big screen in 35mm 3D. So the 1:85 on the blu-ray is cropped. :-(
Decided to listen to the commentary since I already had the movie spinning. Pretty cool tho scripted likely to die with Universal requiring approval prior to recording. Lots of interesting factoids about all aspects of the production.
