Viewing Notes

First film in Joe Bob’s Red Christmas event and one I wanted to revisit this year. I picked up the DVD from the library but saw that this was available via Shudder which had me thinking it would be included in the event. Glad I was right. It was fun to view with his commentary/rants.

This is oddly one of those films that despite having seen it a couple times (including once in 16mm at the Portage) very little sticks with me other than a few images. Maybe it will stay with me after this viewing as it really is a cool Christmas horror flick. Love the production design.
