Overview

In an alternate timeline the original Godzilla is never defeated and repeatedly reemerges to feed on Japan’s energy sources. A new inter-dimensional weapon called the Dimension Tide is created with the intent of eliminating Godzilla. However, the new weapon might also serve as a gateway to something far more sinister.

Happy 20th Anniversary to this Godzilla film released on this day 20 years ago! (in fact, 3 G-flicks were released on this actual day - one from each of the first three eras)

Not the ideal movie for my 20 in 20 project since I’ve seen it so many times in recent years but it still seemed appropriate nevertheless. Not a great movie but one I adore for a variety of reasons. Still wish it leaned into that awesome horror sequence with the couple getting killed by the Meganulon larva.
