Overview
A group of people gather in the California desert to watch a “film” set in the late 1990s featuring a sentient, homicidal car tire named Robert. The assembled crowd of onlookers watch as Robert becomes obsessed with a beautiful and mysterious woman and goes on a rampage through a desert town.

Rewatched because Gavin had never seen it. For some reason the end music that accompanies the tricycle rolling down the street reminds me a lot of the opening music of the original Assault on Precinct 13, so that’s what I watched after this.

Did Gavin like this? Based on the mixed opinions I’ve accepted that this probably plays better to a theater crowd than at home, esp. as a solo viewing.

Oh interesting. Unrelated, did you see the recent movie Neighbors? Could’ve sworn I saw you check in but didn’t see it logged here. Or I confused with another recent movie.
