Overview

Cuz I’m a dumb dummy I resumed the Paul WS Anderson Milla retrospect even tho it was almost midnight on a school night. After ULTRAVIOLET I really wanted to see this one again. Weird bc I viewed this last year when I got the 4K UHD set but it’s not logged here. I know this bc I got the “resume playback” prompt after I put the disc into the player (but I also remember viewing it). Ah well.

The 4K UHD doesn’t look all that great but it’s fine I suppose over the terrible looking Blu. One thing I noticed on this viewing is how plain jane they make Milla look in this. Sure she has a somewhat sexy red dress but not much makeup. This stood out to me coming off ULTRAVIOLET where she’s heavily made up then digitally smoothed.
